Teachers and young people from the Marlene Moore group of Flexible Learning Centres gathered at an Indian Restaurant on the North Coast in preparation for their immersion to India in September. Five teachers and 8 young people will arrive in Chennai at Mithra on 19th September for the start of a journey that will take them to Delhi, Agra to see the Taj Mahal and then on to Kolkata where they will spend time with the Christian Brothers school there before returning to Brisbane. This will be a wonderful experience for both the teachers and the young people. We look forward to hearing of their journey when they return and hope to have a reflection to share once they are back home.
