Nick tells us:
“Today I successfully completed a 170km ride through the Snowy Mountains as part of the L’Etape Australia. It’s fair to say, it was pretty tough (3,000kms of vertical climbing) and a real challenge.
It is the culmination of a promise my good friend, Greg Adnams, and I made to each other a year ago to do the ride. I was also joined by another dear old mate, Mark Reynolds.
At the same time, we managed to raise $6,000 for a great charity, Friends of Mithra, of which I’m very proud. It’s a very worthy cause.
Thank you to everyone for your generous support. And most of all to my magnificent family, my children, Georgie and Hamish, and my always supportive sole mate, Danielle. I couldn’t have done it without you.”
