Brick by brick, the new dormitory for the girls at Mithra is slowly making progress. As donations are made, the small team of bricklayers are building the walls on the first level. (The photos show the progress by late December.)
In 2017, with the generosity of Australian friends, Friends of Mithra has been able to send AUD$145,000 for the project. We have managed to raise another AUD$16,000 in our “Share Your Christmas” Appeal. Slowly but surely we are getting closer to our target of $215,000.00
We are hoping the dormitory can be occupied by May 2018.
