The blessing of the new sensory path at Mithra

Students who need a “brain” break can go through the sensory path once or twice a day for stimulation. These pathways also improve spatial awareness. The sensory pathway is a great way to catch a child’s focus and provide fun as it can also trigger other parts of their brain to increase balance and spatial awareness.

There are a lot of different materials used in the pathway such as sand, pebbles, grass and wood. The sensory path at Mithra is nature based in the outdoors with the sounds of nature and hence it is very calming.
